About Us
M-Cohen Bakery Processing Machinery was founded in 1979.
We specialise in manufacturing baking ovens and equipment for bakeries, patisseries and pizzerias. We work with customers in Israel and around the world, and know how to adapt our products to each customer's needs.
Every machine is built in our own workshop in Holon — from design through to assembly. We do not import and we do not assemble off-the-shelf units, which is why we can change dimensions, materials and configuration to fit the space you have and the output you need.
After installation we train your team on operation and stay available for support and refurbishment. A large share of our work comes from long-standing customers who return as their business grows.
